I have a Double Cab 4x4 with a shell on back.

I have the rear tsb, and front 5100s set at 1.75.

It sits just slightly nose high, but looks level on most terrain.

    Go with the .85 setting

with the cap and anything you put in the back

you will be glad you did.

Plus the higher you set it, the more complicated the alignment gets

    MAXTacoma,
I have the same issue you had; 1.75 in the front and my springs are shot in the back. Are you level with the AAL. Right now, I am sagging in the rear. Freaking drives me crazy when I walk up to it in a parking lot.

Yeah I am level now. I did the AAL first and if you look in my pic gallery you will see the results. I was really ass high. Then I did the 5100's in the front to level it out and set them at 1.75. The truck sits level w/ no load/trailer. But as soon as you put some weight in the back is squats. I do alot of towing/hauling so my leaf pack is shot. I think the only thing keeping my off the bump stops is my AAL, but w/ time I think that is getting weak as well.

Here you go. It is on a slightly sloping driveway, but in general, its about level to .25" low in the rear. I may add airlift springs in the future...if it weren't for the economy, I'd have a supercharger and procomp lift by now:mad:

5100s at 1.75 front, TSB rear, SnugTop shell

Also posted a pic of the tire clearance with stock 265/65/17 tires, at full lock-- that's what you're dealing with.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    Procomp lift? Why downgrade?

Is the 1.5 aal the same approx.has the tsb? What would 1.75 and the 2" aal accomplish? Slight lift with factory rake?

Here's mine with the rear Spring TSB and front Billies set to .85. 265x70 tires on stock steelies and Spidertrax in all 4 corners. I like the stance.
