Mine always stick too. Damn NY road salt. I usually loosen all the lugs, raise up the jack, and drop it a couple times. Or drive back and forth in my driveway a bit.

Sometimes a grab a sledge hammer and hit the tires along the bottom. Taking a golf-like stance, arms straight, head of the sledge lined up with the bottom sidewall, swing out, and let gravity swing it to the tire. A few swings like that is usually enough to pop it off the top studs. A couple kicks usually breaks the rest loose.

My step dads tundra is like that too. it is such a pita. I always sit on my butt and lean back and get some good kicks at it. This last time though I had to take the sledge to the tire to get it off. we are tried putting anti seize around where the rim comes in contact with the hub so hopefully that helps.
