Did they keep up with greasing them? Haven’t been out that long, how many miles did they have?

 

Yes they stayed greased and not that many miles if I remember . Maybe 20-30k on them .

 

The friend with the GX went with SPC arms. 50k miles now and no issues.

I got the same one that's on my taco but bigger this one is the 12k . It's a Smittybuilt knock off . The one I've had on the taco is 6 years old and had no issue.

 

But hell to get a non-specialty shop to align correctly.

 

Those ebay brands aren't half bad, but def a good idea to upsize. @HrBrad8 liked his Xbull 13k

yeah I haven't had any issues with the 9.5k thats on the taco and for that price I said the runner is getting the 12k lol

 

Luckily I work at a Lexus dealership and are friends with the technicians. Especially the technician with the GX that knows what he's doing.

I like his Xbull 13k now. I think it needs new line though.

 

Not sure if you can get JBAs for Lexus but if you can then I’d look into them. SPCs were fine on road but mine liked to move on me while wheeling. Even after tightening down on them.

 

Why for? A little discoloration should be fine.
