I picked up the DD SS3 sports in amber from Hotshots recent sale. With a 2011 base, I didn’t have any factory fogs to replace, so was missing the nuts that needed to transfer. I wound up simply tightening the mounting screws, and will aim them better once I finally have the time to wire up everything.

If something comes up, I will. I’ve already got my aux fuse block installed, along with the high amperage feed from the battery. I’ll be working in wiring up my amp and powered sub at the same time, so I only have to tear the truck apart once

Details should trickle out over the next couple of weeks. I can't share anything ahead of DD's marketing department. You know damn well they'll be competitive though .

Perfect timing! Just when I was looking at BD S2 alternatives to fill the external tab of a C4 hybrid bumper...

    Damn Diode, this is good!

You could expect the c2 to be around half of the ss3 just based off of number of LEDs. I'm sure @crashnburn80 would make more informed sense of it though with his light analyzing dojo

No, I don't want to spoil the fun. I appreciate Paul and his team's efforts, and part of those efforts are getting the marketing just right.

    More details coming very soon!

They are indeed slightly more than half the power of the SS3. But with the multiple power levels, that does mean a Pro C2 is brighter than a SS3 Sport.

@crashnburn80 will certainly be getting some to play with! Looking forward to his thoughts on these.

So, consensus is that DD SS3 SAE > BD Squadron SAE?
If so, I might have to re-purpose my BD squadrons for something else.
