    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

One of the ideas we came up with on the way back... Now remember, this was Jen's first cross Country, multi State, trip... and she had never been on 40 (near Route 66).

This is totally not "offroad" centered etc, but we want to trace Route 66 from the CA coast to New Mexico in April or May. I think that would be hella fun.

The thing that sucks is container homes are popular. Now the price of containers and the cost of construction has been climbing. But the ideas are pretty awesome. As far as commuting goes, could be more palatable when the place you live has the benefits of lot size and so on.

All the cutting and tubbing is done for the 315's going on tomorrow! 4.88 and arb front locker are in.

I will be selling the 285/75/16 MTRs with 50-60% tread if anyone's interested. I also have stock wheels and spare if anyone is interested! Just got the new tires cause we had a rubicon trip planned that got canceled and even though I'm no longer rushed I decided to finish all the work so I'm trail ready for next time.

For those who have done this did you / how did you install a splash guard for the hinge and headlights?

Florida has decent tax breaks, and cheap living.

Got some of my own chachkies to put in the truck.

Have to go get some velcro... souvenir shops need to get the memo about patches being hook and loop for our headliners.

Upper right is my son's new unit. I try to collect all their unit patches.

    There’s one small problem.
    It’s Florida.

Lol denied smog for snorkel. Laugh/cussed at guy and got done at different shop. Outside the stock airbox is ok. I guess with all the smog sting operations that go on, can’t blame the guy for not doing if he didn’t know. Woulda been $60 for him tho

CARB hits shops multiple times in a week. Imagine if doctors got hammered like SMOG technicians.

I had a guy refuse to test mine because of “fueling mods” which were my fuse block which is completely isolated from the truck’s stock wiring.
Nevermind the 2nd gas tank that’s connected to the stock evap system.
    He didn’t even notice that
