Morning all. Brought in some backup on the nailer and gas blower. No reason for either not to be performing. Nailer works fine, but leaks through the "exhaust port". All o-rings, gaskets, and pieces are in perfect working order and even installed new ones. Still the problem. Blower won't start despite having fuel, air, perfect compression and great spark. Will have to dig into that one more

At least those are cute. The ground squirrels at our old place were such a nuisance. Holes and tunnels everywhere and couldn't really grow anything besides herbs and tomatoes in the garden.

I can't wait to have a garden again although I'm sure I'll have mice issues. Might have to entice the neighbors kitty to come around more often

True and we also have plenty of fat hawks around these parts. Need to buy a few cans for le pew pew since playing off the front porch is loud as hell. The echo off everything just magnifies it lol. Not that anyone at a distance would notice, but common courtesy and all that jazz.

You got to collapse the burrows to effectively control them

Lol that looks fun. I would collapse what I could but they had tunnels up and down the neighborhood so it was a losing battle. Should be interesting to see what we end up dealing with here. They're talking about building more animal bridges across the highway to reduce the number of wildlife fatalities. I'm not super jazzed at the thought of saying hi to a grizzly in the morning but guess we'll see.
