idk, houses in that neighborhood are expensive and go QUICK

The owners were one of the first peoples to get teh rona in Cabarrus Co back in March :anonymous: We've been calling it the Rona house since then, not sure if a curse or not.

right? Might head that way after work and check it out myself. We could afford it financially, whether the bank would agree or not is TBD, but honestly would rather not spend that much (if we could even get approved for it).

Call Tony, he'll flat out tell you whether you're capable of being approved. I think with the amount of equity you have in the current home, it'll certainly help.

that's what happened with our current house, but when it got to the underwriters desk they scrutinized everything and didn't want to approve it.

We're looking at ~$100k equity if we can sell for what I've been told by three realtors.

I think its a stretch, realistically I'm expecting half of what the realtor is saying, equity wise.

It's a cookie cutter, 1990s suburban home that backs up to a road on .25ac, nothing special.

Thinking of heading out. Wanna see what this 5th gen will do. I went up backside of Daniel in my GC, so should be good to go.
