I went up the back side when I was stock (better tires) more than once...it's pretty easy. I think Dutch John is more technical, but also did that stock.

House update - got “approved” for what I figured we would. We’re gonna restructure some of our finances over the next month and then will be in a better position to buy/sell. Gives me time to get some repairs done too.

At least we have a better idea on how much we can afford and got some advise on how to rearrange some of our finances to reduce credit/debt ratio significantly and be in a better position to make an offer in about a month or so.

It’s taken me an hour to go from exit 17 to 20 this morning on 85. I can’t wait to move from this fucking area. There is ALWAYS a damn wreck at exit 23. Such bullshit.

The hilarious clown world shit part about that is California has been having rolling blackouts this summer summer because their electric grid cant handle evreyone running their AC. So how are they going to support electric vehicles going forward?

I'm not anti electric vehicle at all, but they only work for certain applications and you need a pretty massive, expensive and robust infrastructure to support them. I used to spec out electric ground equipment for airports and even adding 300 electric vehicles to the airport requires a few million dollars in chargers and often times a few more million in electric infrastructure upgrades.
