At work, eating my oats, chopped apples, sliced banana, and blueberries. I usually pour milk over it and eat it like cereal but today I forgot to bring milk. So, I used hot water instead.

Fall is here so I don’t want to do shit. High volume has my legs wrecked 24/7
    Gaining weight (on purpose)
Shoulders hurt most of the time.
    And still average

This go around, the larger percentage of calories is coming from fats, I like it better seeing as I don’t have to eat a whole pot of rice every night. Trail mix and pecans.
Protein: 210g Fat: 170g Carbs: 380g for 3890 cals total

You probably don’t have much to worry about as far as losing strength. Deadlifting the rear end of a Tacoma...takes a lot. More than I’ve got anyhow. :hattip:

    BOOOOOOO!

How is your lady? She doing OK?

Ok so you are the one I would hire to eat for me. I'm trying to get towards 60mpw and will peak at 75-80 the week before Thanksgiving. I will have no fucking clue how I will be able to eat enough. I probably will cheat with crappy food.

Come Dec I will be so happy when the 50M is over I can stop running and eating lol

    MWAHAHAHA

    Told you :)

Do you feel better at all eating that much fat or it's just helpful to be able to eat less volume?

    Like, so many.
There's a guy who works out at my gym. Very consistent, works hard. He does a lot of plyometric type stuff, not typical weightlifting programs. I call him Super Fit Asian because all I know about him is that he's super fit and Asian. Anyway, I noticed this skinny young high school kid watching him the other day. Eventually the kids edges a little closer and is trying to copy his workout. He's definitely not good at it, but all the while he's kinda moving closer and closer. After about 15 minutes this kid just straight up interrupts SFA's workout. Now SFA doesn't speak to anyone. Comes in with his headphones, crushes his workout, leaves. So I don't know how he's going to react. I've got my own headphones, so I can't hear their interaction, but SFA seems to not be bothered. He talks to the kid for a while then goes to his gym bag, gets out a notebook, and starts writing. Then he walks the kid all over the gym showing him different machines continually writing in his notebook. SFA probably spent 30 minutes with this kid and never got to finish his own workout, but I thought it was a really nice interaction and it's a reminder to take time to help folks who ask for help and answer questions where you can. I caught a glimpse of the paper he gave he gave the kid. SFA wrote him a 5 day workout plan and a meal plan with calorie and macro goals. I bet the kid sticks to it.

basically a prison yard style of workout for me today. Push ups, pull ups, dips, flutter kicks, burpees, 70lb sandbag squats, and sand bag pull throughs followed by a mile run. It sounds like a lot, but it’s basically a hypertrophy style workout and I can usually finish it in under an hour

I swear people are retarded. Two dudes literally see me doing lunges down the turf at the gym and start doing foam roll shit the moment I pass them. Why not atleast go to the other side of the turf or anywhere else?

Yep, happens to me all the time. Usually when I'm in the middle of running with an 800lb yoke on my shoulders. Fuck it, run em over.
