I pulled the trigger this morning and have a set of Toyo AT3's coming in 265/75 r16. I went with the SL load on these.

My dealer has the Toyo buy 3 get 1 free happening right now so I'll get all four mounted, balanced, etc. etc. out the door for $627.

I figured that was a deal I couldn't pass up.

Toyo is out of the black lettering so I had to order white lettering. Now the big question, white letters in or out?
Here’s my truck with the stock tires.

    Well, I went from this:

    To this:

I’m so happy with the choice of going to 265/75 r16. The ride literally hasn’t changed and it gives the truck a much more appropriate stance.

I also took a chance and went white lettering out. I’m really happy with the results.

I appreciate all the great help on guiding me to this tire decision.

Here's k02s 265/75/16 on TRD PRO stock suspension. I have an extra Deaver leaf in the rear, but it was less than a 0.5" lift with that so not much to note.

Some 265/75/16 ST Maxx’s on stock suspension - I think it fills perfectly now and not sure how I’ll like them after a lift.

Here's my 265/75/16's before my suspension:

    20200916_191748.jpg

And after I installed my small lift this past weekend (Bilstein 6112/5160, Icon 3 leaf AAL, about 2" total lift):
    20200923_175122.jpg

I loved how they looked before the lift, and honestly, I think they are perfect size after the lift. No need to go larger, IMO, just kills MPGs. Great size for off road driving.

Looks good, I agree. I’m going to do something similar. 1”-1.5” if I can. Stick with the 265-75/16’s. More interested in a better suspension than the lift. I will say though, throw some aftermarket wheels on there to push the tires a bit out of the wheel wells and it will look really sweet!

Looks great couldn’t agree with you more. Great size tire for a subtle lift. No need to do all that extra work to fit 285’s IMO.

What clip setting did you go with on the 6112's? Looking at doing the same lift. Did you do UCA's?

Clip 5 driver side/4 passenger side. Supposed to give me 1.5" in the front, but currently it's closer to 2". I'm guessing it'll settle a little more.
No I didn't do UCAs. Haven't aligned it yet, but I'm guessing it'll align just fine.

Nah, totally not my style. I don't like the wide "bro" rim/tire look. I also actually take my truck off road quite a bit, and don't want to ding up fancy expensive aftermarket wheels. My next set of tires will probably be pizza cutter skinnies also.

However, I do like the 4runner TRD Pro SEMA wheels that everybody has. Especially in bronze....maybe someday.

Awesome thanks. I've got the same tires on the OR wheels as well. Looks good with that lift.

I’m on 5100’s all around 2” of lift rear 1.5” aal. Alignment was fine on factory control arms. Have a good tech align it. IMO
