I hate squirrels. They were digging up all my wife's flower bulbs. Built raised beds for flowers they started digging in them. Dug up sunflowers my wife planted. When "she who must be obeyed" told me to do something about the squirrels, well, I obeyed. Prolly waxed 2 dozen this year. She just didn't want to know about it. 'Cept we had one trigger our Ring security cameras. She's watching it at work, and yup she got the "R" rated Tarentino version of how I handled the squirrel problem.

We had a 22 mounted next to our slider in the bedroom to take care of them lol.

I also learned not to try and toss them by the tail bacause those sort of fly right off :anonymous:

Sending the nailer off to get it replaced, assuming the customer approves it in his "timeline". Also took the blower apart...the exhaust is completely filled with gasoline, as is the crank case. This thing looks like it's been submerged. Also didn't think much of it but when disassembling, their was something that smelled like paint thinner leaking from the intake. Delicious.

My vote goes to them filling it with something other than gasoline.

    May be using TruFuel
It smells nothing like gasoline, more like the special thinner used for 2 part epoxy paints.

Well, that phone call with the Stihl blower guy was actually well. Didn't tell him how much it would cost (about $400 in parts) but said it was not worth fixing. now i just have a partially disassembled blower on my workbench

Unfortunately it's all bad news here. Anything good to report from up north?

    Sorry to hear.

It's been an interesting weekend/week to say the least so I'm not sure about good news. I saw either a fox or rambunctious coyote playing out in the field with the cows and determined that I needed a better scope to see that distance. That was kinda cool to see :notsure:

I think I need to work on more good things to share.
