California has some of the worst roads in the country, the highest state income tax rates, the third highest cost of living (after Hawaii and Washington DC,) the lowest literacy rate, the lowest high school graduation rate, the fifth highest unemployment rate, the fourth highest level of income inequality, the 3rd-5th highest corporate tax rate, the third highest average cost of housing, a disproportionate amount of violent crime, the 11th worst population density, the 4th highest rate of homelessness, and is facing a budget "shortfall" that is greater than the entire state budgets of 40 other states. Oh yeah, there's also the fires, the utility insecurity, and the lack of water.

California (and Californians as people) is/are so bad that they materially change the quality of life for people in other states... but I just got here to TW and don't need to be banned just yet, so I'll shutup.

Never bought a new car in my life anyways... they should just ban ALL new cars and require us to get usage out of all this great machinery we got laying around already instead of chucking them into landfills. You know, offset some carbon footprints and shit like that...
