I was thinking the same. When I was doing research and settled on the RGs I was not seeing very many issues. It seems that in the past 3-6 months there have been a LOT of issues so I am wondering if they are in a manufacturing/QC slump. Maybe it will get resolved soon but until then I will be sitting on Toyo AT3s. Will update once I get them installed and tested.

Yeah, in the past few months there seem to be quite a few cases showing up of vibe issues on Nitto RGs.

So I have an update. I have replaced the Nitto RGs with the Toyo AT3s. I still have a vibration present at ~73-76 MPH.

I am kind of at a loss as both myself and the tire guys believed the vibe was a tire issue but now on my third set, that appears to not be the case.

Anyone on here have any ideas on my next course of action/what I should be looking at next?

@Discount Tire has a shop in Knoxvegas, and road force machines, and properly trained people.

Did they check your wheels? And does the vibration seem to be in the front or back?

I think you're on the right track. I think after 3 different sets of tires, you can almost rule out the tires. As the store manager who their best person in the shop is to balance, and leave it there a day. Tell them to take their time, and make sure the tires are perfect.

Hard to tell if it is from the front or back....I don’t feel it in the steering wheel, so I suspect in the back. Steering tracks true.

    Yes, they checked the wheels.

Honestly, at this point, it can't be the tires. 3 sets of tires, 2 different brands and models, road forced, and the only constant is the truck. Any recent upgrades?

I modified the title of the thread to better describe my issue.

Nope, new truck, put new tires on, that is all.

Just very frustrating to have a new truck that cost as much as it did, changed tires to those used by many and I have a vibration issue.

I'd go back to the dealer with it. Sounds like the rear axle situation that a few have experienced. I'm going to do the same with mine.

    Working on it now....UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Drive it and enjoy it. Aggressive tread takes time to break in. If that is not acceptable then you will need to go back with a regular tire.
