My 19 Taco with factory cover has white spots consistently over the surface of the cover. They are smaller than a grain of sand but the cover should be all black, right? No I did not use any kind of abrasive anything on it, only protector. Starting to look grey. Anybody else?

Any idea why my one year old cover with 6000 miles is speckled with white spots?

In all seriousness, could be a lot of things, but I'd consider something environmental. Small bits of tree sap, overspray from something that reacted with it, etc.

Might be wax buildup from the car wash.

Your truck is a 19 , the cover is at least 2 years old . I would restore it with something , I do mine a couple times a year .20200924_143923.jpg
