yes, I purchased last year. Install was fairly easy, fully PnP. Just wish I had installed it before I got the truck oiled the fall before.

Yes, before there was a bracket. install is about an hour or so, works great.

I just tried ordering to see how much shipping was and it came up to free shipping. Don’t know if this is a bug on their side but I processed the order and it came up to no shipping fees.

I don’t think they can charge my paypal without authorization if it was a bug and I need to pay for shipping.
But I’ll update ASAP if it was a mistake... but so far I got the order processed email and txt so

 

I bought the folding mirror kit, door handle bowls, and interior 110v outlet kit couple months ago and had the same thing happen, no shipping fees. Last week I bought an additional harness for the 110v outlets from KTJO and she charged me 11 bucks for the shipping, seems very random. First time I was concerned shipping would be calculated and charged separately but it never happened

Yes USPS. Free one took almost 2 months, possibly COVID related. The latest one shipped on Monday so we will see.

 

Yea it seems random, I tried ordering the power tailgate lock and it had the option for shipping for that one. Still no update for the door bowl light tho, still says order received and is being processed

 

I had a package shipped from a TW member in Colorado through USPS and it took 3+ weeks. Ordered another package from TW member in Colorado using FedEx and it took 6 days but cost $5 more. I think USPS is having a serious logistics problem right now.

 

I just went to the KTJO site to see what shipping cost would be on various products.

Something is very odd on the shipping calculations. The USPS 1st Class was not even an option for the lights.
