Yes it would. The issue at that point is cv angle, prerunner is no issue. If it’s a 4x4, I wouldn’t because you will start going through front axles like Kleenex during allergy season.

Before and after pictures of lift...

Bilsteins 5100 all around. I said to put on the 4th perch but I'm not sure if they did. I also did the toyota tech 1.5" Add a leaf. Parts total was about $500 and Desert Rat Off-Road has the 5100s in stock and on sale. I did not do any other mods...no diff drop, 1/4" spacer, etc....Stock I was 35.5" in front to fender and 37" in back to fender. I am now at 36.9" Front and 38.25 in the rear. The rake is fairly close to factory still and no visibility issues. No vibrations on the freeway and no taco lean that I've noticed. Overall I'm pretty pleased with it. Now to add some 275/70/17s on SCS SR8's and I'll be right at 2.5" taller then stock which was my target. I really couldn't tell the difference on the ride home either...seems very nice. I think I like the ride a little better actually...the Bilsteins are better then the factory shocks.

What tire size are you running? I'm leaning hard toward 6112/5150's if anyone ever gets them back in stock.

I've been eyeing that same kit (except maybe the medium duty leaf pack instead of heavy) but unfortunately those 5160s are out of stock for who knows how long. Mechanic told me my OEM suspension needs replacement pretty soon (I'm at 78k miles).

Love how the lift looks, btw. I have a few questions if you don't mind:
What notch did you put the 6112's on?
Do you have a slight rake or is your truck leveled? I'm trying to figure out how much of a rake I want for when I load then bed up.
Did you go for the 650lb spring?
What do the heavy duty leaf springs ride like without much load? Or do you always have that setup in the bed? I can't decide between the medium and the heavy duty leaf springs.

I hauled 1.5 cubic yards of mulch yesterday in my long bed and my OEM suspension looked like it was almost bottoming out... I use my truck to haul soil and construction materials a couple times a month so I'd love to upgrade the rear suspension and leaf springs to maximize my load capacity and ride quality while allowing for the occasional offroad trip. But I don't want to sacrifice ride quality when the bed is empty. Do you think I should go for the medium or heavy duty leaf springs?

I'm looking to replace both front and rear suspension by myself instead of paying for labor so I decided why not shell out some cash to get a nice upgrade. Into the money pit I go!

Thanks for the compliment! I ran into the same problem when I tried purchasing the 3rd generation kits. I ended up going with 2nd generation 6112s. Dont remember if the 5160s are any different. I went with the 2nd to last notch down on the shocks with the 650lb springs. I added the 1/4 spacer to the driver side, not because I saw a lean but people talked about it online and it was cheap enough to purchase, one of those things where I might as well install it. I also did upper control arms as well. The ride is fine without the weight, better with. I normally atleast have the rack back there, minus the tent. You could probably get away with the medium leafs and do a add-leaf if you really need it. I am also running the Wheelers offroad bump stops in the rear with the leaf shackle flip kit.

I'm looking to do about 2 inches all around with some 5100s. I carry a bit of weight with the tent and camping gear. Would I need a leaf pack? I bottom the suspension sometimes when off road, looking to sop that and give the truck a little more sturdiness in the suspension, but not be stiff. This would be my first experience with any lifts.

And I’m sure there’s more I’m missing lol
I would start with an AAL and go up from there if you didn’t like it. Full pack would be the ultimate goal though in my opinion. Stock leaf pack is weak.

Love your setup! I have a 2013 TRD OR 4D... BS5100's at 1.75" setting and matching out of box in the back and I've got about the Taco-Lean equivalent of the Cali in back. I'm contemplating the AAL like you did with the 1.5-2" basic single. I went from 16's to 17s when I added the Nitto's last year along with the level. So to clarify, you DID? or did NOT add the Taco lean spacer? I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on an order from Wheelers (gonna super-bump too)... and if I don't add their lean spacer now... well 20$ to shop a 10$ part is dumb.

    Again, looks great!!

Looks good. This is what I'm looking for. Is this the Eiback pro lift with 1 inch block? What size tire and wheels are you running. Any trimming issues.

    Lots to come
thanks! Yes it is the Eibach pro kit....but i did the aal for the rear...I am running 285/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers with 17x9 wheels with a -12 offset...definitely rubs...trimmed some plastic and it helped a little but still rubs on the cab mount at full lock and in turning in reverse....I will look at it further but for now i live with it....
