I dig it, I'm not into them but have heard some of their more popular tracks on my station. I will have to check out more of their stuff.

I wouldn't try to weld on top of it. Do the welding first, then grind and clean it up for painting.

One of the first ones I cured was on the car. Instead of using an oven, I used 20-minute run cycles to heat up the exhausts.

    Directions for Oven Curing
    1. Paint must be completely dry before curing.
    2. Heat to 250°F (121°C) for 30 minutes.
    3. Cool for 30 minutes.
    4. Heat to 400°F (204°C) for 30 minutes.
    5. Cool for 30 minutes.
    6. Heat to 650°F (343°C ) for 30 minutes.

I have also used a torch to cure these Y-pipes before installation.

It was a Y-Pipe cat delete kit that I put on the car. You want to use gloves when installing the painted part to keep from getting grease on the new part.

When the part is being cured, any grease or contaminate will burn into the paint.

Before being primed and painted. Be sure to get the part squeaky clean with starting fluid before priming.

Here's a video about using a torch to cure VHT paint. This works as well. I have used it on the same Y-pipe.

I've had good success with torching for curing.

The VHT part of the video starts at 1:00 minute.

I paid around $100 for a rear o2 sensor (Denso). Probably around the same for a front one I imagine

    I wouldn't go aftermarket
