Goal for tonight accomplished. 4Runner on jackstands. Ganked the POS stock tcase out, replaced trans mount, temp installed (4 bolts right now) FJ tcase and measured for new driveshaft length. Front driveshaft gets shortened about 1 1/4" and the rear gets lengthened about 1 3/8"

Also got my twin sticks today. I'll probably hold off on those until the FJ tcase is permanently installed. My tcase cradle worked perfectly for both tcases. Super easy to maneuver them around under the truck.
