$500 rebate on Tacoma

Wouldn't you know it, bought our new Tacoma DC 4x4 SB and not even a week later they offer a $500 rebate.
Man, what a bummer.

 

Sometimes you can get in on those things if you just barely miss them... sometimes not..

 

My son thinks we should talk to the dealer about, I don't think it will help.
I wonder if anyone has gotten it "retroactive"?

 

I doubt they will honor.

I got a red one because that was all they had on the lot that day. they would not get anything else from another dealer.

1 week later they had 10 trucks/diff. colors to pick from

 

About 2 weeks after I bought my last truck, (cough, cough, Dakota) Dodge started up a big rebate. Something like $1.5k. Out of the blue, they credited my loan the full rebate. No explanation at all, just knocked a little over 4 payments off. Yeah, I'll take it.

 

Wow, that would be nice...

 

Just consider that loan reduction another gift from the government,
You know,,,,, the one's that bailed Chrysler out.
