Getting it working a 2015 would require an ungodly amount of custom work.

 

No one buys an 86 and keeps it stock. Slap a turbo on there for 300 hp, then its a fun car. Rumor mill says the refresh will have factory turbo

 

this is true but not many keep a si stock either. and i hope the refresh will be worth a shit this time and be up to date on interior and performance but who knows

 

The auto is slow. The stick is a blast and a half on backroads. Gotta keep that clutch warm and rpms up though

 

Just a quick pic.... in a rush today but FINALLY got the topper installed!!! Not really pleased with how the rear glass meets with the tailgate.... but I will see what we can do looks like a little adjustment. More pictures to follow....

most of these cars are in the same price range (25k-30k)as a new gt86.
i know most of these cars once they hit the dealer go up about 3-4k..... but for the best bang for your buck the si or miata is the best go to for performance and fun. i would have got the miata if it would have been a better daily tbh

ah i gotcha only reason i went honda was the performance it had stock and the tech it had for the price

wish they didnt kill the coupe off i think it would have looked neat with the new body design they did

 

You'll only see numbers like that on a Veloster at a track. Talk about a fat guy and a little coat... Those things are sluggish and can't turn worth a damn and feel gutless in real world applications.

 

umm no the veloster n is the exact opposite man now the standard veloster yes thats very true but the veloster n can compete with the type r and is a very fun car. i have yet to drive a n model but i know a few that have and they are fun cars

im a big 2 door fan never really cared about a 4 door thou. i think some can look super clean and executive looking when lowered and on some simple but stylish wheels.

I just like sedan because it's utilitarian. Toss a drunk friend in there, an unplanned child, groceries. No seat go ᵘᵖ ᵃⁿᵈ ᵈᵒʷⁿ ᵃⁿᵈ ᵘᵖ ᵃⁿᵈ ᵈᵒʷⁿ ᵃⁿᵈ ᵘᵖ ᵃ

And yeah, he got a Stinger. Looks lame as hell atm though, I hope he has plans for it.
