This one isn't really a good view of the tires, but I couldn't resist.

After getting the run around from a shady used tire dealer who suddenly didn't have the tire we agreed upon as soon as I showed up I hightailed it to Discount Tire and picked this up as a spare. $108.00 out the door if you are looking for a cheap spare. First time I have ever been to Discount and they made me a believer. I usually have high expectations for service centers and this place was so clean I would eat off the floor, plus I was in and out in 15 mins. PXL_20200926_181323524.jpg

Thinking of some 265/75/16 KO2s. Can anyone tell me how significant the power loss feels from the stock 265/70/16s or if it is very noticeable.

It’s noticeable the first couple hundred miles and then you’ll adjust. Did 265-75-16 ko2’s which I got on Craigslist for 350.00. Came with 5 like new!! Hard to pass. I punctured the sidewalk of the factory gy with a twig somehow and kinda rubbed me the wrong way.

Same response as T-yoda. Every once in awhile I notice the mushy transmission but she still goes and I feel like once she’s up to speed she wants to hold it a little better. I am pushing Cooper St. Maxx Which are much heavier than the stock rubber.

If you are looking at BF’s look into the maxx as well.

Do it no difference in power loss or mileage.

Toyo AT3’s 265/75/16 SL’s just installed yesterday. So far so good. They’re nice and quiet. The stock Goodyears were getting close to done at 21k miles plus I needed something a little better for the snow. We’re leaving LA and moving to CO.

Hi, all. Long time reader, first time poster. My first contribution to this awesome forum.
BFG KO2s 265/75/16 on stock wheels.
No rubbing or trimmin . Rides smooth and quiet. Lowered the mpg tho.
