    Loaded up the Weber and headed to house sit the in-law’s place. I won’t have much to do but swim, have cigars, and try my first Boston butt. @bvbull200 was rad enough to let me pick up some Pitfaced spicy meat massage for the dry baptism.

    a nice coat of yellow mustard on the pork shoulder, then a nice layer of the spicy rub and let er go! I'd shoot for 200-204 F Internal temp and it'll just fall apart.
