SL. I put E rated Grabber ATX's on my old Frontier, but hated the ride, and had issues with wheel bearings, and other suspension components after installing the tires. Whether that was caused by the MUCH heavier tires or not I don't know, but it just seemed awfully coincidental... I also discovered that 99% percent of my driving is on road, so I really didn't need the E rated like I thought I did.

Did you ever figure out if they rub? I have the same wheel set up and I’m hoping to upgrade the stock Toyo A30s to AT3s but probably won’t if there’s any rubbing.

Just an FYI, I'm running stock, I put SL 265/70R17 OWL on. According to the load charts on Toyo's website, I only need 28psi in the Toyo's to achieve the same load carrying ability of the stock Firestone LE2's at 29psi. I had the shop set them at stock 29psi(cold), but after 150 miles in, I noticed the edges are wearing faster then the center tread section, and there is a little bulge to the sidewalls. I just upped to 32psi(cold). Much better in my opinion. Not so much bulge, and will hopefully get some more even tread wear now. Also, rides a little better now. They rode fine at 29psi, but would wander around the lane just a bit, requiring a little more steering input then the stock Firestone's. That is now gone, and they track straight and true. It's crazy what 3psi will do.

I wonder if these will ever be available in a 37x12.50r17?

No actually they don't really rub. I thought they did but seems fine but ill double check again later today and take pictures at the spot if they do.

Edit: Just checked and yea I guess there was no rubbing. I think it was more of my imagination. I could however see that it may rub if you do full lock and do some weird maneuvering on super uneven terrain but for everyday road use, you should have no issues.

I mentioned that not knowing if you might be interested in a different tread but also it should be easy for Toyo to do that size in the AT3. Casing is already there just change the tread layer.

I will get some shots in a bit but to answer your question, 265/75r16 and yep... Stock OR suspension with about 58K on the clock.

    Just went from this:

Installed today. Couldn’t be happier with the look and the ride. Hardly any difference in comfort and noise, and they actually feel way more solid.
I hit the freeway on my way home and they are stable and smooth at 80mph.
I'm also not a white lettering "out" type of guy but something about it just spoke to me so I said, "WTF...let's do it!" I'm super stoked on how these look on the truck.
    Bring on the Montana winter!

So let me preface this with this, I'm just an average Joe, I don't have any racing experience, or off roading experience that would make my opinion on a tire worth a crap. Also, the only tire I have to compare to on this truck is some Firestone LE2's that had 55,000 miles on them when I bought the Taco. I switched to the Toyo's with 70,000 miles on the Taco, and the LE2's. So, anyway, I just clicked past 500 miles on these Toyo Open Country At3's in SL 265/70/R17 OWL. I really like these tires. They do have a hum to them, that kinda sounds like a muted 18wheeler tire. It doesn't bother me, and most times I can't hear them with the radio on. My fiancée did ask what that noise was the first time she rode with me with the Toyo's, so it is noticeable, but again, not loud at all. I'm running 32psi(stone cold). I have found that to be my truck's sweet spot for these tires. I have lost 1mpg on average, but I did go up a size from stock, so that may be throwing off the on-board calculator. These tires added almost 10lbs to each corner. Really, I haven't noticed a difference weight wise. They are very smooth, no vibrations, and track straight. I did notice them wandering around the lane a bit when I had the psi set at 29(cold), so if you encounter that problem, try a little more psi. I finally got to test them in the rain today. I know that is a main complaint of the AT2, so I was a little worried about that, but I am very satisfied with their performance. You have to keep in mind that it is still an AT tire, on a pickup, so you can break them loose if you get on it hard, but I don't know of a tire that wouldn't break loose under those circumstances. I found them to be very predictable, which makes them a fun tire to drive on in the rain. They do tend to ride up on top of deep puddles at speed, but again, in this size, on this truck, I don't think there's a tire that wouldn't. You can feel them "snap" back to traction after exiting the puddle. You just have to respect the weather you're driving in. Don't think these tires will glue you to the road or anything, although I would rate them as excellent, you still need to respect road conditions. All and all, a fantastic tire, and I would definitely buy again. Can't wait to test them out in a good snow!

    Thanks for reading,
    Nate.

I recently just put about 7000 miles on dirt in Baja on mine. Running 265/75/16 and they were great. Basically ran them at 25psi the whole time on dirt and the rest on road for total of 1400 miles.

Surprisingly I was one of the few in the group that never ended up getting a flat. All the others were running MT tires from other brands. Tires still look great, no chunking. Will def get another set after this experience

I have the Viair 400P and love it. Get the automatic "P" version since you don't have to turn the compressor off to check the PSI.
