I did get a decent deal, that's for sure! He bought the truck with them on it and went back to OE style because he didn't like them.

Got the OEM Pro Grill installed, Only down side is now the nasty stock chrome headlights really stand out in a not good way. They gotta go. But next up is Baja Designs Fog Lights.

I'd like to hear more about how you did the dummy ODB. Sounds like a nice security layer.

Installed the non invasive rear differential breather, ended up using about 9 out of 12' of fuel hose i purchased, that's with slack for suspension movement. It's always better to have more than not. I ended up getting the breather tucked behind driver side tail light all the way up. I got the idea from other installs but I didn't want to drill any holes.

That just shows how consistently bad my attitude must be.

I can’t really complain that I have to go to work, but damn I was gonna get some shit done today.

Also, I just woke up on an airplane when the loudspeaker announced that we were about to land, and I had no idea where we were landing. :notsure: Had to check my phone to figure out where I was. :annoyed:

I use these everywhere, but I replace the foam tape with 3m trim tape, or just use silicone to hold them in place.

Absolutely love the color of your truck with the complete blackout hood. Not a big fan of bug/rock shields though. I have the pro model with the hood scoop. Would rather of had the flat hood and done the black out thing that you did. And no, I’m not interested in swapping hoods at this point. Too much trouble.

Upgraded the interior lights, went with Diode Dynamics LEDs. I like Mesos offerings but wasnt sure if I wanted to have the LED emitters exposed knowing how bright they can be. That being said I will probably pick up the dual color dome eventually. I'm very happy with these so far, the red maps are great at night.

Cool white LEDS on left sides, OEM lights on right

Cool white all around with red maps. Looks washed out since it wasnt that dark in the garage but i dig them

Edit: Oh yeah also replaced the radio knobs with the ones from Tacomods.com, more info can be found on this thread. These things rock! SO much better than the stock knobs. Just check out this knurling!

After saying he's never seen one come loose, he asked me "what did you do?!?" I'm 83% sure he was joking. :p
