+2 on the SC crank pulley if they will make another batch. I was offline and missed it

yah likely going from underneath. Also I guess a good thing. Just noticed this. I was going to ask what to look for in belt slip. It’s been shifting funny and likely this is why.

What should I look for? my guess is belt cut and possibly some alignment.

Tsk tsk. The GB was going on for like 6 to 8 months. No excuses.

You should look for realigning the belt properly when you install a new one ya goof. Lol.

Went to install the new 2.5 pulley.. its thinner so it sits further back on the hub, making contact with the blower and creating belt misalignment with the other pulleys. I plan to machine a spacer with Inner and Outer diameters to match (nice slip fit) and have clearance holes for the 5 screws. This should move it away from the blower and align the belt. Anybody see any issues with this?

I told you the qwikchange hub is super easy to do compared to those stupid press on to fit pulleys.

Lol. Are they really that needed? If it's more than my scenario I can knock out a few.

yeah man. That was a breeze comparatively. Appreciate the recommendation.
Everything got a good clean while it was disassembled as well.

This happened to me on all the fleetrunners that I cut a rib off. The belt I have on now is faring really well and I didn't have to cut it. So I think I'm not going back to green belts.

yah I was worried about this. alignment looked fine but my guess some bad cuts just took its toll. at least for 2.8 any belt I can run without cutting? Rousch double roller no wrap mod?

I'd like your opinions on this subtle thing. You may think this is super OCD, but I tend to pay close attention to details like this and make sure every little thing is in line with the aesthetics and presentation.

I'm almost never undecided but I trust your guys' opinion. So, which one is better, white (first picture) or black?

The one I use is also the same one that my friend uses with a 2.8". They're the same length on our trucks because I have the noose mod and he doesn't.

What about silver on the back window or even the stealth black in the rear window?
