    Gauges are in. The grab handle is a little off. May need to do some trimming. Not sure. The only issue is I can get the plug out of the o2 bung on the y-pipe. I rounded the head. It's seized in.

    How much of a difference is the double roller going too make? running no cut belt would be ideal.

    @12TRDTacoma what belt did you run with the 2.8 recently

    The double roller adds more stability and better track width to the setup to prevent the belt from potentially coming off or being off track.

    OE size 70.5 RPM. I am currently running a 2.7. I should probably get retuned but I like where things are currently.

    Nice still running Rousch and double? I still have the OE belt never used should I give that a shot or cut the other belt I have?

    I’m using the Rousch tensioner. But, with the pulley that came with the blower.

    My shit is all stock.
    For a 2.8 I’d run the Rousch tensioner with the “normal” pulley that came with the blower and the RPM belt. Shouldn’t need any extra wrap fanciness for that size.

    Correct.

    I could, but a spacer would allow me to revert back easily and not mess with belt alignment again.

    Probably will. Such an easy part.. could knock out a few real quick on the dual spindle lathe with live tooling. Whole thing done in one machine.

    Went to the sand drags last night. First time in a LONG time. Haven't been out since the NST lightweight set, HP Tune, and exhaust work has been done. Big improvement out of the hole. Ended up brining the laptop and getting some logs on each run. Hoping @JustDSM can maybe squeeze some more out of it and do a dedicated drag tune.. and now I'm looking at higher stall converters. I'll go back out to the next event after the 2.5 pulley and some tweaks. The truck ran beautifully though.. even with it fully loaded.. including my 12v fridge and everything else on it. Weighing in around 5700 lbs and 3 people.
