    Actually, it was an outstanding truck. Never had a mechanical issue, ever. Had it for 10 years and sold it last year just before getting the 4Runner. I put over 150k miles on it myself, had around 230k on it when I sold it. Fucker was reliable as hell and the gas mileage never wavered, regardless of load. The Hemi is a great engine.

    I guess if you're into it, I never look twice at them. The hemis and the v10 do nothing for me.

    I don’t see the point in full sized if it’s not a diesel.

    And I don’t see a point in owning a diesel unless you actually need it

    @Empty_Lord

    Favor from either of you two; list of parts suggested I should buy for the 4R front diff IE seals, etc.

    After Moab, I'll be yanking it out and sending it to Zuk to get the Harrop installed.

    I keep forgetting to get a pic of the door tag to figure out what gear ratio I've got.

    I actually have to agree. Part of the reason I've never owned a full size. They're absolutely useless on the trail and they're just a pain to drive around town cuz they're so oversized for daily use. But the only way I would own one, at least the only way I would own a Dodge, would be if it has the Cummins and I'd only do that if I needed to tow more than I already do. Otherwise those trucks are mechanical liabilities and their reputation is not unwarranted

    I used to go to the race track every month. Often hauled 2 bikes in the bed plus all my gear for the weekend. Still got 16-17mpg with that load. Can't do that in a Tacoma.

    Fucking roomy in there like that. I could stand up, hunched over a little but I could stand. Held a queen size air mattress.

    I think one of my trailer tires is starting to separate. Have a vibe starting at 50 mph and it sounds like a basketball bouncing but they all pass visual inspection.

    Nice is too generous.

    Tractor joints are noisy, sloppy, and wear out quick in a 4 link setup.
