Did they offer just the full set or can I get just the front.......they look nice, but $300 is pricey.
Did you have to take the seats out to put them on?

Decided to go to vinyl flooring. Ordered it today and decided to go ahead and get a jump on the project this evening. It’s due for an oil change. If COVID wasn’t still ruining everything I’d drive it in and tell them to skip the vacuuming.

you can get just the front. And they slip on fairly easy. No seat removal needed.

$300 for a double cab is cheap as hell considering they cost almost $600 directly from CoverKing.

They're Toyo Open Country 285/70/17's which measure out to about 31"...any bigger and I'd probably need to regear

Thanks for the heads up! I just looked up a bunch of skids and they all show mount points there. Looks like Im gonna be grinding those old bolts off and at least getting some hardware to replace them. Maybe wait to weld a nut on until I actually buy skids and will have a harder time getting in there.

They should actually be about 32.7”. At least that’s what tiresize.com states and my son has 33” BFGs and my 285s are the same height. You shouldn’t have to regear until you reach the 35” tires.

Had to go measure for my own sanity. Bit of a compromise here: looks closer to 31.5" but I could see it getting closer to 32.7" if there wasn't any weight on them.

Thank you! Going to be going to Toyota soon to get the recall for the replacement springs. They are at a negative arch but I don’t see any fractures that I can see so hopefully they replace them even if there aren’t any fractures. I do still have the old wheels too fs

My understanding is that tire diameters are measured when the tire is not mounted as air pressure and wheel width differences can affect the tire diameter after mounting.

Expensive month for me. Victory roof rack installed last night. Caliraised 42” light mounted this morning. ARB awning installed just now. It’s like an early X-Mas for me!

Bit the bullet and tack welded some new nuts onto the bash plate rear mount spots. Taking a file to the old tack welds then smacking them with a hammer made them pop off right away. Made sure to anti-seize the hell out of them before installing the new. Also installed some cheap nilight pods to see how well I like having ditch lights. To wrap it all up I installed a new Interstate battery I picked up at Costco yesterday after seeing my lights dimming pretty decent when turning the truck off. Its been a busy weekend for the ol' tacoma.
