From the photos, can anyone identify where this coolant leak may be coming from?

    Take a picture from underneath.

It looks like a water pump leak.

My truck leaks coolant. Not a slow leak but more like a vomit. It happens right when I turn it off. Don’t know where it comes from

I would replace that hose clamp first. Looks like it might have a tab broken off.
EDIT: just checked my clamp and it looks like yours. Still might want to replace the clamp and hose.

Do you have any flour or talcum powder in the house?

If so, then try dusting the area with the powder. Take it for a short drive at operating temperature. The leak should show tracks in the powder. Follow the track.

I finally located the leak! At the thermostat inlet. Should I replace the Thermostat inlet or just the O-ring?

If you have access to the o-ring you can try just replacing that. However, I would just replace the sub assembly especially since you are going to do all the work required to be in there, just get all of it out if the way so there's no remaining question marks.
