How long to make custom BPV

well hey fellers i did a search and couldnt really find an answer so i figured i would just ask. For a 3 inch lift how long would my BPV extension have to be? like 2 inchs taller maybe?

Gimme a sec i'll go measure mine that came with my toytec asl.

 

3" (same as your lift)

 

4.5 inches total length. There are 4 holes. 2 top 2 bottom.
The 2 bottom ones are in the factory holes and the hpv lever is in the 2nd hole from the top.

 

That's total length and it doesn't have to match that.

As long as the new holes are 3" taller from the original holes...

 

I still need to do this, but when I did the research everything I found said it needs to move up the same amount as you lifted the rear.
