I have four active fish tanks at the moment. It's gonna be quite a fiasco moving them to Vegas.

 

Oof. I was thinking about that when I eventually move too. How do you plan on going about that? I really have no idea what the best way to move that would be

 

I'm making a quick run to Vegas on Wed just for two of the tanks. I have auto feeders I'll set up til we get there full time. The fish will go in a 5 gallon bucket for the trip. I'll keep the bio media in tank water. I've also had really good luck with Seachem Stability for setting up tanks without waiting for the cycle to complete...and . The other two tanks will wait til the very end.

Any aerators?

 

I have air pumps that I could plug into the inverter, but I think it will be ok.

 

What kind of fish you got?

 

The heat going to be ok for the trip?

I'll have to regulate the temp in the truck. They'll just have to deal with it. It won't be too cold.

 

Lake Malawi cichlids (peacocks and a few oddballs), Tiger Oscar, Geophagus, Severum, Congo Tetra.

 

Nice, wife wants one at some point. Dunno what though...

 

I'll be swapping my 40g for a 55g after the move that I'll give you.

@KENNY I think this is the best deal I will find. 50 gallon acrylic and a stand that looks to be in good shape. $300. I'm gonna try and offer him $250 and pickup tomorrow
