Just got rid of my truck and have this "Chinese" Pro Grille (not OEM) that has worked quite well for me. I also have the OEM sensor garnish and OEM wiring harness. Taking it off I snapped about 6 of the tabs off, but there are plenty remaining in which it will still secure just fine.
