Miguel is installing A/C for us next week, they’re for the condensers. The spacing is deliberate - they have to be a certain distance away from the wall and other obstacles so it doesn’t overheat or suffocate.

The builders ran all the lines (and even put the evaporators in the Attic) we just didn’t pay for the compressors. Took 15 years but we’ll finally have A/C. Our house is dual zone so it needs two units.

No. Not really necessary where I live in the Bay, our house is directly in front of the SF Bay and marshlands so we get the bay breeze. It’s cold and windy 90% of the year. There’s only a few days (or weeks) a year we actually need AC, even then we could get away with fans.

I had other HVAC people quote it out and they wanted upwards of $20-30k for install. Then I met Miguel, go find yourself a Miguel. Lol.

Lol you think that’s crazy, not a single dorm or campus housing at my school has A/C either. Most places in SF only has central heating.

That’s because San Francisco is a god forsaken frozen wasteland.

Its the stock one you can get from Toyota. I got it with the truck and took it off for awhile but I want to put it back on now.

A lot of communities in CA on the coast don't have AC, pretty common. It's basically 70 year round save maybe a few hot weeks over summer. And they can just go to the beach to cool down lol

Go 15+ miles inland though and it starts getting hot AF in the summer

i saw a lot of welding beds in west tx. Some of them were pretty out there.

The one that took the cake was the one that had too little gap between bed and fender and a rub mark down the middle of the tire.

Probably just drive the 350 up. The no vehicles allowed in the wilderness area I hunt. We camp right off an access road and my favorite spot is a 3 mi or so hike from camp.

Axle roommate would buy one of these every other day

Of course when the box was empty he'd just leave it in the fridge
