    Did some research n it turns out its called the "Red Screen Of Death" WTF i just got this new system 6 months ago!

    Called sony and its going to be $99 for them to fix it, which isnt bad but i have to wait over a month!!! :mad:

    Did you prep it first? Thought I read somewhere you had to use an etching solution or something to prep the surface. I have a flag stone basement, and do NOT want to prep all 8 walls...

    Also, how did you apply it? With a roller?

    X2. I thought they had a 1 year warranty. If not there's a place in PA that should be able to turn it around in about a week depending on shipping. PSR services. I used them in the past and was very satisfied.

    My first ps3 went out about 10 months after having it so Sony sent me a new one. They said I still had the remaining 2 months of warranty plus 90 days from which I received the new one. It's been 6months since then.

    I might try that PSR place, Sony takes way too long.
