@MESO....on the dual color dome lights, is the white light the same color as your original dome lights?

Just asking because my eyes sees a slight yellowish in color compared to your original. The red light works perfectly.

Received my dome lights yesterday. They are awesome! I got both the dual color and dual brightness. Both are perfect, the brightness is just right. Decided to keep the dual brightness, as I don't think I will have much use for the red light.

Selling the dual color for $60 shipped. Please message me if interested.

    GO BOLTS!!

Put mine in yesterday and thought the same thing. Glad I bought the dual color so I can use the red in the back. The maps pretty much light up the whole cab

For as cool as these look lit up, I think they just as good unlit. Makes the interior look all space-agey.

Got my @MESO dual bright light in yesterday. Didn't get a chance to get it installed until today. Unfortunately, mine did not seem to work. And now none of my interior lights are working. Did one else have this happen to them?

I'm not blaming @MESO for this, but if a fuse was blown, would anyone have an idea which one and where?

    Thanks in advance!

it’s not... the new dome light is a more pure white vs the older one is on the cooler side (bluish/purplish color)

that why I had to buy the newer map lights in hope the temp of the color matches better.

LEDs have a yellow phosphor coating to absorb the shorter non-white color wavelengths. What you’re seeing is the phosphor coating when off and/or when on from certain angles. The new map lights are the same. They are white, but if you look from certain angles, they look yellow when on and off. They are white though.

UPDATE: On another thread, it suggested changing out the 7.5 fuse under the dash. Changed it out, and all the interior lights are now working.

Lights are very bright, but I'll get some this evening and share here.

From what I'm hearing, the instructions say to disconnect the negative terminal on the battery before installation. I admit I haven't gotten around to installing my dome lights yet so I haven't checked the instructions. I wonder if the issue of blowing the fuse could be avoided by just turning off the map/dome lights via the switch before changing out the dome light. Obviously disconnecting the battery is always the best option, just wondering if that would help for the lazy folks.
