already have a set for myself otherwise i'd grab a set. Can vouch, they are awesome.
What did you do with the radiator cowling on yours?
    upload_2020-9-28_10-24-14.jpg
their instructions was to out right toss them and never use them again. I cut mine and shoved it back in and replaced the plastic clips with stainless steel bolts. Plastic clips broke after removing them a few times times.

Figured to keep it there since that's how Toyota designed the trucks and there is a reason for those cowls on the sides to keep air flow directed towards the radiators

He needs 100 50 posts to post in the BST section, forum rules to reduce spam / scams. ;)

@TacoPandaTRD I suggest also listing them on Kijiji. More than half of my stuff end up getting sold there instead of on TW.

Corrected. :) Can't remember if the rule changed from 100 posts to 50 posts, or if it's something else (like leveling up to "senior" member).

That’s exactly what I did. I cut it to fit on both sides and to get around both light bar brackets

Ah sweet, yeah you wont have any issues. i suggest getting lock washers or lock nuts to keep things down, the plastic does have enough flexibility and play in it that it can work a nut or bolt loose. ended up saying screw it and put a riv nut to where that bolts to.

You trimmed more from the radiator ducting than I did to fit a full plate bumper from a 2nd gen :anonymous:

May have better luck in the buy/sell Canada section! Totally fine in here but stuff could definitely get lost.

I basically did the same but just cut a bit less. I think it’s smart to keep them

Has anyone ran the stock TRD off-road tires in the winter? I put a deposit on a truck yesterday and in my future negotiations, I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to ask for a winter tire package discount or a block heater instead? In an ideal scenario I could just convince them to give me a discount on Wildpeaks for the stock wheels, but i'd rather not spend that money yet if I don't have to.

Are they the BFG rugged trail tires? Get rid of them. You will die in the winter.

Trust me, they suck butt nutts on snow / cold / warm / mud / sand / concrete / asphalt / hot / summer / winter / fall / spring .......

I DONT SEE NO PICS GOOD SIR!?>!@???

Goodyear Wrangler A/T with Kevlar, i've read that some are snow rated and some aren't, not sure which comes stock.

I haven't even seen it yet, but I'm going to keep everyone in the dark until everything clears and I have keys :anonymous::spending:

Sorry I got the crappy rugged trails on my rig when I bought it. Dunno about the Wranglers.
