You should read up on the increased risk of myocarditis to young athletes even in otherwise asymptomatic cases. We had two that I know of at our hospitals this summer.

One or two teams not playing a week isn't that big of a deal. If it balloons to half the league it is a disaster.

Reschedules happen.

 

I think that's harder to do in the NFL with the postseason dates being relatively set with network and other partners. Tennessee and Pittsburgh don't share a bye week, or that could be easily done. I haven't even looked into what Minnesota's schedule looks like.

It will be interesting to see, because in terms of competitive balance it is in everyone's best interest to play the game.

Titans facility shut down until Saturday, I don't see how that game will go forward as scheduled.

All I know is by the noise in these games, the fans are really into it.

 

The refs sure have been doing a great job too, almost no booing them at all so far!

 

I have noticed those controlling crowd noise have been getting more creative. Haven't heard them cussing at the refs yet.
