    dont mean to cut in but in my early yrs. at work got sent to a diversity class work started. was part of group 1. at the end the teacher cryed. they cancelled the class.. and got sent to an HR sit down with a girl said i offended her. two mediators and me and her in a room. she cryed and HR lady told me i was an asshole. very proud of both but never got a partisipation paper for either:D

    The longer that i work from home and have my windows open during the day the more i'm convinced that the majority of the population is driving around with either no muffler or no brakes. Sometimes both. The amount of squeaks and squeals that the traffic passing by emits is terrifying...
