Im going with the 2nd or top perch on the Eibach lift. Running 285/75/16 with -12 offset wheels. Do I need to get UCA's or will the factory UCA's work? Anyone on the 2nd or top perch with factory UCA's have any spring rub or alignment issues?

Should be fine in the middle. Don’t know about the top. Just plan on upgrading upper control arms anyway because why not?
I ran stock for a few months before upgrading to JBA UCAs. Haven’t looked back since. Also they just recently upgraded the boots on these things too. Very nice product.

Was there a reason why you switched from factory to JBA?

When going to 285’s upper control arms help with alignment. You can get more caster also. 265’s wouldn’t require uppers with 2” of front lift.

265/75/16 Falkens on Nv 305, 1.25 spacer. Eibach on second clip and icon 1.5 aal. No uppers or any of the other stuff. I may try to put the overload back in, because the front is about 1/4 higher at the moment

I'm on basically the same setup (second clip) with no uppers. What are your alignment numbers?

I have 1.8 degrees of caster, which makes the truck a little squirrely on the highway. Not a huge deal, but so many people on TW swear you need new UCAs to get higher caster. Maybe a year down the road I'll upgrade, but don't think they are absolutely necessary (also $500+ is sizeable).

I’ve had my stage 1 kit on second notch for a couple months with AAL from HS in the rear. Ride is great in comparison to a leveling kit and 2” block in the rear that I had before. Takes bumps really well. And not near as stiff as before. Height is about the same as it was believe it or not. My mechanic that put it on forgot to measure it for me before and after. Great product

I have a question regarding the overload leaf in the rear. Some say they were able to leave it in. My question is how was this possible? I tow my boat quite a bit to the river and it squats quite a bit in the rear with it out. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven’t noticed anything like that. It has handled great.

I’ll have to measure. I haven’t done it since having it aligned

Ok im going to do the install in two weeks. I really wanted to get the lift to 3 inches to clear the 285/75/16's with a -12 offset wheel. Would you reccomend a 1/2" spacer on the drivers and a 1/4 on the passenger. The other option would be to use the top notch on the eibach shock. Any opinions?

You can use the top notch but it'll suck for ride and angles. I'd rather do second notch and CMC/heat gun to clear.

I ordered them last week. They said they have a 2 week lead time so if all holds true then I should get them next week.
