Doing my errands today and will begin to tackle 4R suspension install tomorrow.

Still have my back pain and sciatica, but its much more mild now.

I only took my muscle relaxers for the first 3 days, minimal dosage, only to come to the conclusion that it just made me drowsy but was basically worthless.

Doing stretches every morning and night, as well as a ton more walking I think is what did it for me.

And in the days to come, my inversion table.

That one was @esxcli suggestion and he says its a game changer.

They canned everyone in my department but me, but still probably 100 employees throughout the rest of the building

Days at this new job move kinda quick, honestly wasn't expecting that. But since we work from a centralized office but all the schools are spread out I end up driving a lot.

 

I've always thought Hotel California was a really creepy song, especially considering how many people don't see it that way when you look at the lyrics (particularly that line)

Its like how everyone thinks that song 'Every Breath You Take' by The Police is so romantic, but it's not romantic at all...it's a psycho stalker/murderer song lol
