I came from expos as well. I had a similar experience. Around town the expos were great(with my high top camper self and bed plate form) but once I added my camping gear and tools my ass sagged pretty hard and felt terrible off-road.

Your front coilovers will help overall as well. I’m stepping down from 700lb springs on my icons this week back to 650 ADS coilovers tho as the 700 lbs feel really stiff to me. I have similar specs but no dual battery’s

I have a feeling today is going to go by very slow. Both my front and rear suspension is out for delivery!

I like the debadged tailgate, I’ve been thinking about pulling my badges off

Anyone ever have an issue with an aftermarket back-up light switch being too short? Was having an intermittent issue with the reverse lights, ruled out wiring, bulbs and fuse. Removed switch, (not original) and installed an AutoZone special. Same issues. Removed the switch, plugged it in and lights went on when I manually depressed switch. Reinstalled, this time without the crush washer, tighten all the way down and now it works...with the old switch. Seems like both switches are not making contact with whatever they're supposed to make contact with. Tempted to just get an OEM switch. Just curious to see if anyone else has had a similar issue. 2004 TRD Off-Road, 3.4, manual.

they're big ... knowing what I know now and if I were to start over I might have gone a diff direction than buying someone else's project so it wasn't body lifted and running spacers. But overall I like how it rides and can always change it up later I guess. still very excited to be close to having things back together and back on the road!

So what can happen if your uniballs need to be changed but you keep driving on them like that?

Excessive play in the steering, possible failure. It doesn’t take long to swap them out

I haven't experienced the issue, but have heard of it. People have replaced just the crush washer with a thinner washer and worked fine.

I went with intermotor on mine and it's worked for a few months now.

Good info. Just ordered an OEM one, got a state inspection coming up, don’t want to take any chances.
