fedex customer service sucks. You need to call the local terminal and see if they have it. It would have likely linehauled from Richmond to Raleigh with no stops in between.

the bucket would have been considered an “incompatible” since it would have been too heavy and awkward for the belt system. Those types of packages are hand unloaded from the trucks and hand loaded onto the trailers on the tail end. My bet is that the label got ripped off at some point and it’s sitting in a cage somewhere at one of the two terminals.

<—— worked for FedEx ground for 4 years.

I would be impressed if the label got ripped off. I always tape the shit out of the bucket, then place the label on top of the lid and completely encase that in tape as well. It would seriously take a conscious effort to remove it. I’m just going to let the claim process do it’s thing

Ahhh, well good thing you insured it for the full replacement amount, that was smart. For the additional 25 cents for every $100 of value that was money well spent

Luckily it was on their account, so their problem. Whenever I ship anything to ecgs, they just sent me a label and the cost of shipping gets rolled into my invoice.

:D well, obviously I was just busting your balls. ECGS are straight up and your a regular customer so besides a slight delay I'm sure this will work out in your favor. I wouldn't be surprised if you don't walk away with a new locker minus the fee.

Hey, speaking of horseshoes up asses, how'd that G37 deal work out?

It get harder to find time for TW to be honest. Really I only come on here to kill time while I'm stuck on week long duty night shifts.

Only if they go on the attack first. Otherwise he'll just cower in fear.
