    Mat, quick question regarding the Wi-Flash cable. I did place the order and got confirmation. I also saw your post about processing the VF credits, however I think something may have gotten messed up with mine. I was on vacation when this all went down, and I did submit the request (as far as I could tell) in VF Tune. I updated my installation when I got home and got a notification that I had credits available. When I checked I had 5 credits (like a new installation with nothing unlocked). I had used my credits to unlock 04B14 already.

    Most recent ticket # I have with a picture attached for reference is 18919, and my order # for the Wi-Flash was 7118. I last replied on 9/15. If you need me to re-submit the request for credits just let me know.

    Also, I know they will ship when they are ready, but is there any update on these?

    No, that is not normal. Are you guys opening these files in VF Tune before flashing just to make sure they are not corrupt? What is your battery voltage at, although it shouldn't make a difference?

    You need to use the flash utility that’s bundled with vf (1.3.2) or it’ll fail

    Well, my first suggestion is to see if the truck starts. 2nd suggestion is to make sure the newest version of VF Tune is installed.

    If the truck doesn't start, clear DTC, power cycle the truck, and try to flash a 100% stock tune.

    Update..
    So what i did was open vf flash utility and updated it to begin with. Then when I originally flashed and tried to find the 04B04+ALIVE+PERFORMANCE.vft file, I couldn't. So I searched for it via the vf flash search tool. Found it, did the normal procedure, it downloaded normally and then I got that message that I posted a picture of.. ‍♂️

    So did you try to start the truck?

    The one your are looking for should be located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\vF Tuner\

    I did not. I immediately went back and flashed the premium 33 thx 2.0 tune. Truck runs fine. I really would like to try Mooseditty17's modified version of the 1.05 tune.

    Ok, that's good..... Try to open that file that failed in VF Tune and see if it gives you an error. You may need to re-download it.

    The error is from using 1.3.1 to flash a vF file. Use 1.3.2 and it’ll work fine.

    I learned this when tune packs were released and tried using the old utility.

    Yup. Just gotta use the one that comes with vF

    I made a desktop shortcut so it’s easy to find. Plus I’m too impatient to launch vF and launch it from there.

    Ahhh, I see. When I pull up the Toyota flash tool it is indeed at 1.3.1. The Toyota flash manager is updated to 1 3.3. How do I update the Toyota flash tool?
