WiFi

For some reason when my phone is connected to WiFi this site doesn’t load, I turn it off and it comes up immediately. I’ve been here for 5 years and never had this problem before. I was banned a couple months ago and when I got free was when it started. Has anyone else experienced this?

 

Do you use a VPN that auto's on WiFi?

It's possible your IP identifies differently when 9n WiFi and that particular networks address is banned or such.

PM a mod is your best solution assuming it isn't a hardware fix.

 

I’m old and have never changed anything on my end. All I know is that it used to work and now it’s a pain. I half way think the mod that banned me labeled me somehow to make this site hard to visit

Yea, I’m not 100% either but it started after my ban, so likely

 

All I said was there wasn’t a problem before. Did I earn my ban? Probably. But now I can’t visit this site while connected to internet

 

Try restarting your router.
Also try having your phone/computer "forget" the WiFi network and then re-establish the connection.

 

It’s not only at home. I’ve restarted all of it for electrical fixes since then. I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve tried other networks, I’ve tried the WiFi at work. The only thing that works is turning off WiFi. I really was a dick to the mod that banned me and wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the reason

 

I will try what was suggested, I do have unlimited. I have to constantly switch from WiFi to not just to visit here. This is my main site that I visit so it really makes it a pain.

 

Try clearing the cache on your phone's web browser and/or resetting your phone's network settings if it's not the WiFi network.

 

I’m old and have no idea what any of this means. I like to just click a button and things work as expected

 

What kind of phone do you have?

 

I really think it’s my account. My iPad doesn’t want to connect either. The mod I pissed off maybe could have done these things. I would have probably done the same thing to an asshole like me.

Clear web browser cache:
Navigate to Settings/ tap Safari / select Clear History and website data
Reset network settings:
Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Something like that. Not super familiar with iPhone.

 

None of this ever happened before I was banned. I got a 30 day vacation and came back to shitty service
