I picked up a titanium hammer from Stilletto at Home Depot a few years back. Love it. For one thing it puts a lot less weight on a tool belt and it swings faster Giving it more energy

I’ve got the Milwaukee 2745 and I love it, but some stuff just requires the swing of the arm, and I reckon I’m worth it.

My shoulder and arm felt allot better after a few hours swinging it versus my old estwing. I definitely spent less time per fastener with it. Splurged on the custom colors to get the orange head and handle because I want to be able to recognize it quick when I see it walking around.

Those are incredible hammers. Worth it, if you appreciate that aspect.

It's a matter of return on investment for most people. Yes the hammers are nice to use, but few use a hammer enough to justify the cost outside of those using them daily. Especially true when most people swing a hammer like this.

Can anyone recommend some small, BRIGHT LED lights for my workbench? I got started on my new workshop setup this past weekend. The big overhead shelf is overbuilt and has no problem holding me (200 lbs of muscle; definitely more too). Happy to share some before photos of what it looked like if anyone would like, but I have more photos in my build thread. I am excited for this project and I am looking forward to my new toolbox!! :goingcrazy:

I welcome any and all criticism and suggestions.

They're not small but Harbor Freight sells these for $30 or around $20 if you have a coupon. Super, super bright. I can't find them right now but Amazon also has some led strip lights that you can chain together and have as many as you want.

I was actually looking at those this morning before posting funnily enough. I think they might be too big for the space. I just saw these on Amazon actually:

I agree the HF work light is super bright. i love it and it wasnt too expensive. Think it was $20. You do need to plug it in but there is a string switch on it.

Coupon below. Just make sure you click the right one that isnt expired. Good till Oct 2nd

Those HF Braun lights are amazingly good. Super bright. But for a small workbench, that'd prob be overkill. I can light up my whole garage with 2 of them.

I have actually had those in my wish list on Amazon for forever. A YouTuber I watch had them and recommended them. I thought about buying those for the garage bay and moving a shop light into the workshop.

One of those would be a great bench light. Super bright, low profile. My original plan was to have them on the garage ceiling and one overhead by the bench but I took the bench out, so no need now.

And dirt cheap, I think they’re still $6 per lamp.

Mine have been so beyond excellent. Will be in my next garage, and anywhere else I need a similar light setup. Love them.
