I got mine from McGeorge Toyota.

McGeorge double boxed mine, so it was extra safe as it crossed the Pacifc. No broken tabs.

I wasn't expecting those to be available this month as the ship date was estimated at 10/10. Admittedly I had not yet placed my order so I did so this morning. Thanks for the heads up!

Anxious to see if the glare cap on the new philips 150 is shorter than the GE/Tungsrams.

If the packaging picture is right the glare caps appear to be a good bit shorter but the blue tint longer (and maybe lighter?)

Looking forward to hearing feedback on these, pricey though, priced for qty 1 at the link above.

Would it be easier to do the fogs at the same time as the headlights or does it really matter? Haven’t pulled the trigger on the LED headlights yet but when I do, not sure if I should get the fogs to do at the same time if it is easier with everything out (haven’t looked particularly closely). Thanks.

The glare cap on the GE was the killer for me. Just not enough light to the sides (without also running fogs). The new Philips 150 cap looks to be nearly identical to that of the Philips 100. If that’s the case, and they’re even brighter, they’re gonna be a winner for sure.

The GE glare caps rob a ton of light from the periphery in comparison to the Philips.

Doesn't really matter. I did my fogs a long time ago, two times, first Morimoto Ambers then TRD Pro Rigids.

Although, it is pretty easy to do them altogether. Since everything is much more accessible with the grille, bumper and trim all out of the way.

    Question.

I put LED replacements in the rear tail lights but now when the headlights are on and you put the signal on the blink fast? Not when the headlights are off.

    What is hyper-flashing?
Hyper-flashing is nothing more than a turn signal that blinks faster than normal. It’s a deliberate function of the vehicle’s turn signal circuit that alerts the driver that there is a bulb failure.

    How does hyper-flashing work?

Standard bulbs (not LEDs) use electrical resistance to create light . When you turn a bulb on, the filament will generate that resistance, in turn creating heat and light. If a bulb is burned-out, your vehicle can tell that the resistance is low and will begin to hyper-flash.

Any time you replace standard-issue tail lights, marker lights or turn signals with LED upgrades, there is a risk for hyper-flashing. The key to success is to make sure the LED lights properly simulate the resistance of the standard bulbs they’re replacing.

They won’t in H9. The Racing Vision +150 have been available for years in other bulb types but not H11 and they are just now bringing the +150 Pro to H11. Seems unlikely we’ll see a GT200 in H11 anytime soon, but it would be nice to be wrong!
