I still have 14/32's tread, and they grip the wet roads we have been having FAR better than any AT I have had in the past. They clear mud much better than the Nitto TG's. The ONLY fault I can find so far, is (being that the tread blockas are spaced farther apart), they pick up rocks more so than the Nitto's and the BFG's. As much as I like the Nittos, if these last near as long, I may run them again. This summer (or when it warms up), I'll see how they do pulling my boat out of the water on the dirt "beaches" on our lakes. They really dig into the terrain out here very well.

Chris, thanks for this write up, you guys have sold me. I will be getting these tires in the exact same size in the next month. They look great. If you don't mind me asking, what did they cost you?

I got them for about $500.00, but I have a smokin hook up. :) I imagine they are on par with the Nittos, or a little less.

Holy shit. Wow i know that prices are higher here in the great white north but....the price i was quoted locally was $256 a tire. I will have to look online in the states i guess. I realize yo got a smoking deal but there shouldn't be a $500 discrepancy.

    Thank for the info.

    Update:

After 12K miles, they have worn down only 2/32". New was 14/32, and they are now at 12/32. At this rate, I expect them to easilly go 50K + miles before being even close to needing replacement. They are wearing very evenly, and all 4 are at the same tread depth.

I wish I could find these tires locally. The only place that sells them wants 245 a piece.

Check with your local Discount tire. THey can order them in, and they generally meet, or beat any online price.

The closest discount tire is about 40 miles away from me. I called 3 places, one place doesn't sell Cooper, the second couldn't order the Zeon's but sold Coopers, the last place had to order them in and they cost 245. I'm going to try a few other places and see if they sell them this weekend.

Treadepot ships for free i think. I ordered mine from there. $140ish a piece if i remember. I love them so far. It just snowed here and they seem to grab pretty good. I have only had the truck for just under a year and with the snow i am finding it a little light.....so i just drive around in 4wd.

You guys in the States are lucky...lowest I can get them for here is $265 a tire installed...and that is for a 265/70-17!
