    Ive went through it twice and most of the time there report is dead on with what i already new or expected. Def helps to have knowledge of building practices/prices.

    The original date i proposed was Sat. Nov. 7th. Me and the better half will be going on that date and if anynody else wants to join that would be great. Prob could meet up somewhere along I 40 since were going that direction anyway.

    Maybe exit 103 in morganton. Just down the road from lake james

    I would probably do this. I'm not a master builder, I actually hate carpentry, but our home inspection 10yrs ago was a waste of time.

    Probably not, I dont have my truck here and I'll hopefully be knee deep in buying or finding a house here. Next time!!

    I should have my pile of crap in the state after the holidays if I can time the snow storms right up north.

    I may or may not have had some grey area work done on my house a bunch of years ago, we will see if that comes back to haunt me. My Lawyer said dont worry about, so we will see!!

    I'm mostly worried about the crack in the wall in the basement. Would it be unethical to fill it in with white silicone and then build some shelves up against that wall and fill the shelves with a bunch of heavy shit so it's not noticeable unless you move said heavy shit, which I doubt an inspector would even do?? :anonymous:
