Where is everyone ordering Bilstein suspension from?

I’ve been waiting for headstrong off-road to restock but it looks like it’s taking a while.

Anyone have any luck somewhere else?

 

Just ordered mine on Monday 5100, try Bilsteinlifts.com pick out what you want and it will say out of stock then put your email address in the waiting list to get notified about 1-2 hours Later you should get an email saying there back in stock. I did it like 3 times before I pulled the trigger. Plus there being shipped today.

 

I will try that now. Did you order 5100 for front and back or did you also do 6112? Thanks

Just be careful who you order from, a lot of times bilstein vendors will let you order stuff, charge your credit card, and then once you call 2 weeks later they will tell you, "oops looks like we are out of stock and waiting for a new shipment"

So if you find someone else to order from, contact them and make sure they actually have them sitting on the shelf. And pay with credit card or preferrably paypal.

I ordered my 8100s and 8112s end of June and my eta that I got Monday is about 2 more weeks from bilstein directly :/

I ordered mine from wheelersoffroad.com. I talked to a customer service person via email and they were supposed to get a shipment of 5100s in on Sept 21, but they actually came in early. I received mine, so maybe they haven't blown through their inventory yet. Just an FYI their website said "in stock" while they were waiting on that shipment, so it wasnt updated correctly. Maybe worth an email to double check inventory.

 

Got mine from Headstrong just a week and half ago.....

 

Just from experience as a shop owner, almost all suspension brands, especially ome and bilstein have been super backordered this year due to covid. It's been tough as a shop telling customers that the lead times are out of our hands. But if somebody has them in stock, that's awesome! Been a very strange year

 

Same here . 5100,s on all 4 corners
Took a week to be delivered and I live deep in the bush where its been snowing for 2 weeks

 

I picked up my 6112 w/650lb coils and 5160’s with Icon AAL from headstrong couple months ago. Waited a couple weeks, which doesn’t seem bad considering.

 

Agreed the company I work for we do classic car suspensions and things of that sort and man what a year it has been trying to get stuff in and it’s near impossible to tell someone there x amount of weeks out and they get all huffy and puffy

 

I got mine from 4wheelparts brick and mortar about two years ago.

Would go with Headstrong now that I know about them.

Given the current global climate I would expect significant delays.
