I decided to have the gauge separate thinking I could put it on moreflate or use it on individual tires. It leaks though. I can’t get a good seal and air constantly escapes so I can’t get a reading. Anyone else have this issue?

Yea, it seems odd if the Quad + is 30" longer than the Quad it wouldn't work but my guess is, the extra 30" is between the T connectors and the end of the longest run. Not between the Y valve and the T connector.

I posted some pics but here, to help you understand. It seems like even though I have the Quad and not the Quad + I could still lay the Y valve on top of the engine and have enough hose to get down to each front tire. Of course I'm not lifted and only running 33" tires.

mine is under the hood on the driver side and at first when connecting all 4 it was short to hook up to arb twin. So I disconnected all 4 and hooked up to compressor first then fish the hose over the engine to the passenger side and it should reach.

 

I got mine about a week ago, emailed Tyler about the leaky and bulging hose I have with the extension. Very quick response from him, and he said he is working on a better solution for it.

 

Was it the ARB extension

 

It was. On the compressor side of the extension.

I posted a video regarding that and also received a PM from someone on this thread. I am temporarily (maybe) using a HD Husky brand coiled hose to reach from the compressor to the manifold. This is on a Duo, I don’t have a fancy Quad/+. YMMV. I did not realize I could cop an extension through MF. That may be the route I go in the future.

 

Well, as my extension is one of the ones that was having trouble I was able to get the Quad (short version) to work just fine from the under hood hookup on the passenger side. You just have to route the hoses aft of the hood support rod. Great product even with the minor inconvenience of the extension being ooc.

Mine arrived today! Hopefully the extension will work, looks ok to me. I’ll test tomorrow
